If you have never tried SUP Yoga, but you're curious... do Not think more! Come try a class with us.

In a class of supyoga s‘adapt the aspects of Yoga: asana, pranayama, mudra and meditation practitioner on a table, Paddle Surf, so always practiced on a surface aquatic.
It is an exercise that offers many benefits for the body and the mind. It is a great way to get exercise in a fun way and unique. If you're looking for a new way to practise sport and to connect with yourself and you have to try SUP yoga. Is a different way of practicing Yoga and have contact with nature and the water element at the same time.
Get out of the routine, doing what you love is possible! Combine the Sea, Yoga, and Paddle Surf provides a unique experience and fun at the same time that you learn to relax, stretch, improve balance, concentration and stamina.
In addition to the multiple benefits it provides to the physical, mental and spiritual practice in a Natural environment as it is Sitges and the Costa del Garraf.
