The participants in this campus will have the opportunity to enjoy the exciting water activities from surfing and paddle surfing. They will learn the basic skills necessary to navigate the waves and the calm waters with the help of instructores qualified.
The activities will include:
- Introduction to the team and to the basics of surfing and paddle surfing
- Practical Sessions in the water to learn how to navigate the waves and the calm waters
- Exercises to improve balance, posture and coordination
- Games and activities in a group to make friends and have fun together
- Activities of competition to test the skills and the confidence
- Sessions of relaxation and stretching to maintain flexibility and physical health
These activities will be adapted to the age and skill level of the participants in order to ensure their safety and to make that the experience is as enjoyable as possible. The instructores will be present at all times to supervise the activities and ensure that participants are safe and well cared for.
